Runners Should Appreciate Sun Exposure-Vitamin D

As human beings, we need to appreciate to have access to nice sun exposure. Our body needs some sun to be able to absorb some Vitamin D which is one of the basic vitamins our body needs to support our overall health for life! As runners, we should appreciate to perform some nice training sessions and runs outdoors and have access to some nice sun exposure. We should still protect part of our body by wearing caps or visors or sunglasses and some sunscreen.


Even to take some vitamin D supplements daily, having access to sun exposure helps our body absorb our supplements.
